Refund Policy

Option 1: 

5-Class Series - $200 (Discounted)

4-Class Series - $160 (Discounted)

$40 per class

You commit to all sessions

If you miss a class, that fee is non-refundable (no makeup or credit offered)

Best for: Students confident they can attend

Option 2: 

Drop-In Classes - $45 per class (Full Price)

Pay-as-you-go, no commitment required

Only pay for classes you attend

Classes listed on website show available spots

If a date is active on the website, space is available

Series Cancellation

• Cancel 7 or more days before the series start date: Full refund
• Cancel within 7 days of the series start date: Non-refundable
• You may transfer one or multiple series sessions to a friend or colleague at no cost
• A transfer must be used for the date(s) you expect to miss
• Contact Chris to arrange a transfer before the class date 

Drop-In Cancellation

• Cancel 7 or more days before class: Full refund
• Cancel within 7 days: Non-refundable
• You may transfer your spot to a friend or colleague at no cost 
• A transfer must be used for the date purchased
• A transfer is not a credit for a future class
• Contact Chris to arrange a transfer before the class date 

Missed Classes

• Credits for missed classes are not available

• If you register for a class and do not attend without prior 7 day notice, payment is non-refundable

Communication

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please communicate as soon as possible. Early notice allows me to adjust scheduling and help others access available spots.

Transfers

You may transfer your class or workshop spot to a friend or colleague at no cost. Contact Chris to arrange the transfer before the class or workshop date.

Special Circumstances

If you have extenuating circumstances please reach out. I am willing to work with you to reschedule or find alternatives when possible.
