What We Work On:

  • Monologue preparation for auditions
  • Scene work and character development
  • Audition technique and on-camera prep
  • Finding your authentic performance voice
  • Overcoming performance anxiety and self-doubt
  • Building confidence and creative risk-taking

Approach:

My job is to ask the right questions, offer tools & fresh perspectives, and create a space where you feel safe to take risks and make mistakes.

Creative Life Coaching

For creatives seeking more fulfillment, expression, and vitality in work and life.

As a certified health & life coach, I blend embodiment work, improvisation, and imagination exercises into every session.

What We Work On:

  • Rediscovering creative passion and purpose
  • Breaking through blocks and self-imposed limits
  • Building confidence and presence in all areas of life
  • Integrating creativity with work, relationships, and wellbeing
  • Developing self-awareness and emotional availability
  • Creating a more playful, embodied relationship with life

Approach:

Sessions blend conversation, creative exercises, and reflection. We'll identify where you're stuck, explore what's possible, and develop concrete actions to get your creative life flourishing. This isn't traditional talk therapy—it's active, embodied work that helps you access new perspectives, trust your intuition, and move through whatever's holding you back.

How Coaching Works

Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call

We'll talk about what you're working on, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether coaching is a good fit. This is a no-pressure conversation—just an opportunity to meet, ask questions, and see if we're aligned.

Step 2: Design Your Coaching Package

Based on our conversation, we'll design a coaching package that fits your needs and timeline. Some clients work with me for a few focused sessions around a specific goal (like an upcoming audition). Others commit to longer-term work for deeper transformation.

Step 3: Get to Work

Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and can happen in person (Portland area) or online via Zoom. Between sessions, you'll have exercises, reflections, or practices to deepen the work. Coaching is collaborative—I bring the tools and guidance, but you bring the commitment and curiosity.

Life coaching for creative awakening

Why Work With Me?

I've been a professional actor, director, and teacher for over 25 years, and I'm a certified health & life coach.

I know what it takes to prepare for high-stakes auditions, develop a character, and show up authentically in moments that matter.

And I know the unique challenges of living a creative life—the blocks, the doubt, the hunger for more meaning and expression.

More importantly, I know how to create a space where people feel safe to be vulnerable, take risks, and discover what they're truly capable of.

Whether we're working on a monologue or exploring what's possible in your creative life my approach is the same: I meet you where you are, honor your process, and challenge you to be courageously yourself.

I'm not here to tell you what to do—I'm here to help you discover what's possible.
