Sessions blend conversation, creative exercises, and reflection. We'll identify where you're stuck, explore what's possible, and develop concrete actions to get your creative life flourishing. This isn't traditional talk therapy—it's active, embodied work that helps you access new perspectives, trust your intuition, and move through whatever's holding you back.
We'll talk about what you're working on, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether coaching is a good fit. This is a no-pressure conversation—just an opportunity to meet, ask questions, and see if we're aligned.
Based on our conversation, we'll design a coaching package that fits your needs and timeline. Some clients work with me for a few focused sessions around a specific goal (like an upcoming audition). Others commit to longer-term work for deeper transformation.
Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and can happen in person (Portland area) or online via Zoom. Between sessions, you'll have exercises, reflections, or practices to deepen the work. Coaching is collaborative—I bring the tools and guidance, but you bring the commitment and curiosity.

The best way to see if coaching is right for you is to have a conversation. Book a free 20-30 minute strategy session, and we'll talk about what you're working on, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether we're a good fit.
No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest conversation about your goals and how I might be able to help.
